Shipping Policy

Here's everything you need to know about how we dispatch and deliver your order.

Free Shipping

On all orders over Rs. 4,000

Rs. 300

Charged on orders under Rs. 4,000

Dispatch Time

Orders received after 9:00 AM will be dispatched the next day.

Sundays & Holidays

Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days (no delivery on Sundays). During busy shopping seasons or mega sale events, it can take 8 to 10 working days.

Delivery Address

We deliver to the home or office address you indicate when placing your order.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Signature & Delivery Attempts

All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order to the address you provided.
